Pay attention to the correct maintenance and care of the machine, which is the key link to improve production efficiency and nail box quality.

The carton closing staple making machine has a low failure rate and high reliability, but maintenance is very critical, so the following work should be done:

1. Lubricate the upper nail head punch once a day, disassemble the nail head for cleaning and oiling every 30 days.

2. The lower nail head must be cleaned frequently and the nail head must be disassembled because the small plating chips of the nail line fall down and accumulate in the punch.

3. Reinstall after cleaning and oiling.

4. Grease the three gears of the left and right baffles of the paper feeding belt bolt slot shaft once every 30 days.

5. No oil or water can enter the clutch and brake.

6. The motor must be kept clean to avoid dust coverage, and the heat dissipation filter of the motor driver should be cleaned frequently.

7. Keep the electrical control box clean to avoid short circuit caused by dust coverage.

8. The inner and outer wire feeding wheel shafts should be kept flexible and lubricated with butter.

9. The nail head fixed shaft and the left and right baffle fixed shafts must be cleaned and lubricated with oil when moving.

10. The upper and lower nail head transmission shafts, bolt groove shafts, and transmission screws are lubricated with oil.
